Belle Terre

BTES Presents Bobcats Got Talent Show

On March 23rd, Belle Terre Elementary students will be performing at the 8th Annual Bobcats Got Talent show. A dinner will be held at 6:30pm and the show will begin at 7:00pm. The entrance fee for the show is $2 and to attend both the dinner and show will cost $5.

The initial auditions for singing, dancing and other variety acts require placement in the top 8 scores in order to move on to the student body vote. Video clips of the students’ talents will be taken by Mrs. Lynelle Clark, the music teacher at BTES, and will then be assembled into a short movie.

The short movie will be shown to the student body at an assembly, where they will select their favorite performer of each category in the form of a ballot. The top 5 votes from the student body will move on into the live show performance on March 23rd.

Mrs. Clark states, “This event provides a phenomenal opportunity for students to participate in the event and show the student body and others what their talents are.”

All money raised will be funding Belle Terre’s musical division. Mrs. Clark explains, “Proceeds go toward the music department…replacing instruments, buying music, etc.”
